You+Havaianas is the brand’s first major crowdsourcing contest where everyone will be given the chance to submit a winning design, which will become a limited edition style for the 2014 Havaianas Collection. It was launched last May through a three-day event, with simultaneous executions in Laoag, Subic, Batangas, Naga, Cebu, Bacolod,Boracay, CDO and Davao.
This October, Havaianas will widen its reach for creativity and self-expression through the Make Your Own Havaianas in SM City Calamba. As a pre-event buzz, Havaianas toured different schools in Batangas and Laguna last September 23-October 11. Students from Lipa City Colleges, De La Salle Lipa, University of Batangas, Laguna State Polytechnic University, Lyceum Laguna, Laguna College of Business and Arts, Colegio de San Juan de Letran, San Pablo Colleges, and Philippine Women’s University were able to get to know more about the Make Your Own Havaianas event through the information booth and activities lined up to challenge and inspire their creativity.
On October 17, Havaianatics from the CALABARZON area will get to experience the freedom to create their own pair of Havaianas flip-flops at the MYOH event to be held in the All Flip-Flops store, SM City Calamba.
