The story in the movie I considered was tricky and very observant story of how a married couple is getting along, eight months after their 4-year-old ran out into the street and was struck dead by a car. They were leveled with grief. Their sex life stopped. They lived for a time in a daze, still surrounded in the house by the possessions of the child who no longer lives there.
Yet the good part here is the couple through their determination to start all over again through genuine love with each other learned to start all over again as they joined a group of couples that does undergoes with the same kind of situation they are going through so that they can live the married life that they ought to.
And for this play that was directed by Topper Fabregas, as we interviewed him say’s that the story stays the same but the approaches are typically in the context of Filipino styles with a mixture of fun and somewhat heart breaking situations with a different kind of typical approaches that we normally does , And somewhat has make it more peculiar and traditionally true on our culture.
Whereas this plays was composed of this bold and daring actors such as Ana Abad Santos, Topper Fabregas, Jenny Jamora, Cris Villonco, and Rem Zamora seems to touch and gives a unique ,classy and typical Filipino style of life that they want to portray .
For their first season, they introduced CLOSER by Patrick Marber , a the 1999 Tony Award nominated play and COCK by Mike Bartlett that will be shown again this coming October and surely this is one too will be worth watching out , specially for the lovers of theatrical plays.
