     IMG_7457       IMG_7421

Fukuoka Japan is one of the known cities in that region that has something to look for  and would not dare to missed the kind of recipe they have that is too close to their culture and hearts as well. RAMEN is one of their staple food due to their cool climate and I am one of the lover of this food and will not stop to like it, be it on hot or cold weather.

This is my favorite RAMEN that they have the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen, I love spices and have tasted some Asian Ramen such as Chinese, Thai  ect. but this one has the perfect spice that I want and have tried ,eat , and linger up to the very last spoon of the soup .

Thanks to the patience and Hospitality of  CEO Ogata Masanori San and Director of Public Relation Komoru Kenji San who make a way to share their company’s secrets and real intents to open and flood us with their own local RAMEN’s, and of course visit their newly  open branch here on Rockwell Plant Mall  Makati City.

Instant Mommy Stars “ Eugene Domingo”

If  you think and talk of Indie Films , the first person who will comes out of your mind is Eugene Domingo  and its true Instant Mommy was casted by non other than Ms. Eugene its a story of a typical Filipina women who dream of having a good life by marrying a foreigner for her to be secured and her family as well . Nonetheless, this movie shows and teach us as a nation that it is not always and should be the answer to all of our dreams but most of the time our women becomes a victim  and instantly be an Instant Mommy. Good thing that in this movie ,Eugene just pretend to be pregnant to shame the man she loves .

The movie stars Eugene Domingo as Betchay, a breadwinner wardrobe assistant who is committed to her Japanese fiancee Kaoru (Yuki Matsuzaki) because she is pregnant with their child.
In a hilarious turn of events, she suffers a miscarriage and she realizes the only way to get everything back is to become an Instant Mommy.

Eugene Domingo proves that she deserved winning the Yahoo OMG! award for best comedienne. She is the main reason for the standing ovation the crowd gave the movie when it was over. Like other indie films, small roles are once again made famous by singer Rico J. Puno as Betchay's father and Earl Ignacio as one of her work mates.

This is one of those movies that proves indie movies can compete with the mainstream movies. It was a great comedy that had me laughing out loud on several occasions. She went through several mishaps on trying to prove to Kaoru that she is indeed pregnant. All of them would end up involving an ex girlfriend of her brother, a secret lover and her gay best friend.

I must say that the movie is worth seeing and may it opens the minds of our Women be it Mothers and Daughters as well , as it opens to theaters on August 28, 2013

In 2002, the Eid’l Fitr was recognized as a national holiday by  with the Muslim communityhe government, making the Philippines the first predominantly Christian country worldwide to have done so. The proclamation was enacted to promote peace and harmony among all major religions in the country.

The DOT is one with our Muslim brothers and sisters in this years celebration of Eidl Fitr . The Eid’l Fitr celebration provides opportunities to showcase the best of Muslim culture and traditions, as well as enable guests and even strangers to experience the practice of thanksgiving and sharing. The Bangsamoro Framework Agreement, a milestone achievement forged under President Aquino’s administration, is one among the many reasons why this year’s celebration is more meaningful”, DOT Secretary Ramon R. Jimenez, Jr. said.

The DOT has rallied various tourism-oriented establishments to support the festival. Among the mall chains with sale and activities are SM (Bicutan, Quiapo, Davao, Lanang, GenSan) , Robinsons (Robinson Place and Starmalls in Pampanga) and Ayala (Glorietta 2 in Makati City, Trinoma in Quezon City and Market Market in Taguig City ). What is more important is capacitating local government and communities to enhance existing and develop new tourism products. Our industry is likewise excited by the prospects of a peaceful Mindanao. Our brand campaign will ring truer as this unfolds.”

“We are thankful for the support of this establishments who have responded to our call for participation. The success of Eid’l Fitr is also a testament to the government and people support for the peace process towards the sustainable development of Mindanao. Greenwich Presents New Products ,Serves in 2nd Meeting

2nd better known as “The Laguna Blogging Summit”, held its 2nd weekly meeting  at  Greenwich located at  Phil First Building along Ayala avenue at Makati City ,has finally launched  LAB’ Website . The organizers came with the support of the Philippine Red Cross and Zoomanity Group under Robert Laurel Yupangco., Here are the reasons why we say were lucky.

First, we the LAB’s Laguna Blogging Summit are so privilege to have one of the most tastiest and good Pizza maker “Greenwich” which is one of the official partner for the food and especially the  place which they are willing to reserve for us. every week till the day we will start the summit.

IMG_6847 IMG_6780

Greenwich is one of the finest fast food restaurant  that I have  keep coming back due to its original tastes of the Pasta’s such as the Baked Macaroni and Lasagna which they have given us as a dinner meeting together with it are the New Thin Crust PIzza which you can never cease to get and eat more because this time they have upgraded their mixtures of the crust that makes it more tastier and crunchier and The New Sweet and Chili Chicken that is too good to be true in taste and how they make it so crispy and tender inside.

and last but not the least , the friendly and so hard working Manager and  staffs of the Branch that will take every request we may have on that night.

That’s why despite of many Pizza parlors that pops up be it local or foreign, Filipinos cannot deny that Greenwich has been and will always be a part of our daily eating habit.

The food on the tables plus the function rooms that has been dedicated for us  makes our meeting very colorful and much exciting to  linger on  and chat some more.

GrabTaxi Apps Available on IOS and Android, “Helping Filipinos in this chaotic times”

GrabTaxi (formerly known as is the first in the Philippines to use smart phone to smartphone cloud-based technologies for taxi booking and dispatch to connect passengers to drivers, and is one of the fastest growing social start-up companies.

At first I am hesitant to believe that this kind of apps and services be achieved in our society wherein abuse in the part of the drivers was so rampant and have been so disrespectful up to the point of not accepting passengers during  rush hours and most especially when the weather is too bad . Though there are only 1000 taxi and 3 companies like WORLD Taxi,, RM Taxi and Asian Taxi. I have experienced being fetched by the World Taxi c/o Mr. Edwin Paje the driver who gives me more details on how they are using the technologies and through this Im 30 mins. earlier for the Launching of GRAB TAXI.

But this time, Mr. Anthony Tan , who have studied in Harvard for his MBA, strongly believed in his school mission to create leaders who make a difference in others people’s lives, globally. He who interestingly enough is the great grandson of an average taxi driver in Malaysia, envisioned revolutionizing the taxi industry. He has given an opportunity to do so when he joined  the Harvard Business School Business Plan . Contest in 2011 during his senior year and placing second in the said contest, was given seed money for the business.

And through this, Grab Taxi was birthed and start from the seed money of  Harvard and  as the Group says in the press question and answer” They do not only want to earn from it but make the drivers of each companies they considered  teaching them on how to give best services ,courtesy to their riding customers and most of all teaching them to use high tech Smart Phones using GPS technologies and most of the needed apps to be used in their system.

And hoping that through this bold step, this may seed to follow more company’s and drivers to be open and adopt this kind of technologies and most of all services that would benefit the people on our society and may their tribe increased and multiply for the betterment of the Philippines.
