Here are the Chef’s that Charlie’s Steakhouse have , Chef Romy and Chef Pineda bro of Arnel Pineda the singer. Coming from other Hotel and Cruise ship Cook they give a different kind of twist to every kind of meals they offer here in the RCL Hotel at Boracay..
  By just glancing on this Porter House Steak would make your taste bud asked for more. But surprisingly as they say , they make it a point that most of their servings are big and for a typical Filipino , its a sharing for two type of meal. The variants of the sauce are the gravy ,the honey garlic mayonnaise ect.
This Tenderloin Steak is as juicy and fresh as most English Steakhouse we had in this country and  customers cannot deny the fact that it is worth dining in this place.
  Here are one of their Pasta Specialty, A tomato based with a Chili that would give a twist for Pasta lovers.

A Baked Chicken  with Barbeque Sauce sided by fried potato, tomatoes, and the usual Wintermelon. on the sides.
Making the place so special  and will make you come back are the night of music and entertainment with their guest singers depending on the availability of the their chef Mr. Pineda.

Certified Bloggers 1st Christmas Party @ VC Malate Mla.

I never knew that there is a MOTEL specially here in the Philippines  that would cater for a decent kind of business such as small events with a decent kind of styles and motif depending on the kind of environment a client may ever wanted

Just a few days before Christmas,  Certified Bloggers Group  held their Christmas party on Victoria Court ASGARD as one of their partner sponsor. Themed which is being inspired by Thor movie,.at the very gate you will see this very well guarded gate where no intruder can ever enter without being intimidated by this so called guard.

The place can fit in 30 to 40 persons in the 1st floor and the space was so wide with a Videoke machines which caters on the very talent of any Filipino rich or poor who seems very good in singiing any kind or genre songs.  Of course the group had fun on every games they played be it on Trip to Jerusalem, Exchanging of Gifts , Raffles ect.

Special Thnnks tp Ms. Milet Leberato of DbCom who gives us time for this special occasion and giving an LG Instant Camera  as one of the Major Raffle Prize.

The 2nd Floor of the area was a delight for us a big bed as one of their furniture ,


A  room where we make it a dining place instead.

The food they served as for the package for the event was so overflowing and was so good and one of the known Filipino dishes such as Kare-kare, Palabok, Fried Chicken , Pinakbet and a Fresh Fruit Juice  for us  . It was a grand Christmas event for us and I’m sure it will be for everyone who would like to have this venue being grabbed and rented upon.

Louie's Bed & Breakfast @ Tagaytay Review

Louie's Bed & Breakfast is one of the nearest Stay In Hotel situated at Km.51 Aguinaldo Highway, Lalaan, Silang Cavite. 10m from Tagaytay circle.

Last December 18, 2014 a Grand launch of this place was being held, and it was successfully being executed graced by groups of companies and of course relatives of the mother companies employees and friends.of Mr. Louie Rivera.
Mr. Louie  Esteban   was known for his Computer business in Tagaytay and just this year started his endeavor to start food business in this place the Kantina.net whose special dish are the Tapsi’s and Bulalo which is their main menu.
                
After seeing turnover of customers in the said place, He then decided to rent the whole place and further renovate the place for a more receptive and friendly environment. Today, there are 4 standard  rooms  that are available in this place and aside from this Louie's Bed and Breakfast they also offers a venue for many occasions such as birthdays, group gatherings, seminars, meetings, product presentations etc. The venue can accommodate 50 persons for only 2,500 in the first 5hr. With mini Bar, stage with 43 inch LED TV, projector, KTV with very clear vocal sound.
After the said launching , party’s and games . we have been given a room for us to stay the rest of the night to experience the moist breeze in the morning in the area and to somehow have a glimpse of not rushing to go at the main thorough fare of Tagaytay but instead make the most of the time specially this season of Holidays and New Year rush.

And we all go with a very good sound sleep and recharged for the activities we had for the next day.

McDonald’s Philippines Launches First Multiple Card Payment Facility

 
McDonald’s enables a more convenient way to pay for dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru transactions. Customers can now use their credit and reloadable cash cards to purchase McDonald’s products.
This payment facility aims for better customer experience by reducing payment service time in a safe and more convenient way. The improved efficiency in store operations also reflects the company’s continuing innovation and commitment to fast service.

Close to 30 McDonald’s restaurants in Metro Manila are now equipped with a terminal to accept contactless card payments from Mastercard PayPass, VISA Paywave, e-Plus Tap To Pay Card, and Sweep Card.
This allows customers to do card transactions without having to enter a PIN or sign a receipt through the radio frequency identification (RFID) technology that ensure secure payments.
In 2015, more restaurants both in Metro Manila and provincial areas will be equipped with this technology. Customers can also look forward to contactless payment in Drive-Thru counters and McDelivery.

“We never stop working towards an easier and more convenient way fo r customers to order and enjoy their McDonald’s favorites. We first changed the game with online and 24 hour McDelivery then came our McDo PH App, making our products available anytime, anywhere with the same goal in mind, we’re introducing contactless payment,” said Kenneth Yang, McDonald’s Philippines President and CEO.
“The technology is another first in the local quick service restaurant industry, as it uses a single terminal to accept cards from different issuers. Through this, we have also formed partnerships with trusted brands to offer only the best service to our customers.” Yang added.

Villa Lourdes Boracay, “ An Affordable yet A Home to Stay”

 
Before ,I thought that Boracay is a place where prices of room rentals and many other hotel accommodations  are just for those who have a lot of money. Maybe because before, there are only limited  and few establishments that caters on guest that visits the place.
But this connotation that I have has been removed just this 1st week of December , 2014 when we together with my friends  decided to go to Boracay  because of the free ticket that we got from 2 Go and was given freely by a Blogger friend.

Our first day was quite impressive I guess because we have our stay at a Hotel with breakfast, lunch  and dinner.  We have all the time in the world to enjoy and do whatever we need to do that very day .Even the price of the  food was almost just the same as you were in Manila , In fact, fruit juices and other seasoned fruits are more affordable and more fresh .

But then  came the second day , Villa Lourdes was our destination and as we come to the place though it was just one of the affordable rooms the place was so cool and its almost the same as the 3 Star Hotels in the Metro, 

We have a double mattress room , and the bed was so soft , sheets was so neat and invitingly prepare you to a good night sleep after a long day of beach activities and some parties that was being held.
The place is so conducive to be into , its almost a few meters away from the marketplace and the beach itself. Backpackers should consider this place as a refuge and a very practical place to live by.

Charlie’s Steakhouse is YCL’s Restaurant and Bar that you should not missed when going at Boracay , Once you experience and taste the foods being prepared on this place ,you cannot just ignore and will surely just make it a part of your journey from day 1 and for the succeeding  days you will stay.

This is the American Breakfast of course with the finest local brewed coffee  ,A big slice of Ham and Bacon with two pcs. of sunny side up eggs with   3 slices of freshly baked  whole wheat bread, coupled with butter and jam.,which I have  and  is one of the perks when you get an Overnight stay here with YCL Hotel. Most of their servings are almost good for 2 which no other resto had in Boracay.

Most of the guests specially the foreigners are contented and did not bother to come out of other place to dined in because of its cozy and awesome place to gather as if they are in their known brand resto’s and bars
  .Because this place has a  themed  which so happened to be like other known brands  because the owner of the place is a musical enthusiast, musical instrument players, former  lead musician during their youthful memories.
