Yesterday, May 7, 2014,  Philippine Volcanoes in cooperation with FILA conduct a press  launched for  their readiness to face the Asian counterfeits in the A5 Nation  Series. Although admittedly so they said that Japan and Korea are one of the hardest teams to beat in the competition, the reason why it was chosen for them to be more challenged and equipped and they promise to do and play more harder until they achieve what they long for and be one of the most promising team here in Asia.
After taking on Asian heavyweights Hong Kong (IRB ranking 25) and Japan (IRB Ranking 13) the Philippine Volcanoes (IRB Ranking 56) will regroup to prepare for the second half of the 2014 Asian 5 Nations (A5N) tournament. This is the second year that the Volcanoes are competing in the Premier Division in Asia’s elite Rubgy tournament, where the top two teams will win a spot in the 2015 Rugby World Cup in England.

The last fight of Volcanoes to Sri Lanka during 2012 has been so memorable because they both have a score of two but lucky enough , the Volcanoes won the encounter  which is their first home ga 5me  and somehow would need to have that very eager team to joined hands and compete with the world most  known Rugby  teams in Asia.
