Last week Cafe France launch their new Gourmet Sandwich at their branch at Jupiter St. Makati City, It was a very delighting experience seeing every sandwich being prepared as we order the gourmet that we wanted to taste and experience.I eat the Hickory Chicken and it was almost same as a Christmas chicken Ham , I really do enjoy finishing it. The place was filled with guest VIP’s and some old celebrities like Yayo Aguila .ect.
Here are the recipes of the New Gourmet Sandwich that was being offered to us.:Hickory Chicken – Tender bits of crunchy chicken meat with a sweet and tangy barbecue citrus sauce with fresh tomatoes and lettuce.
Rib Eye Steak- Sliced baked rib eye steak in a delectable baisamic garlic sauce, with button mushrooms and shitake mushrooms. With sauted onions, fresh lettuce and tomatoes .
Crispy Shrimp – Crunchy beer-battered plump shrimps smothered in a sweet and tangy honey mustared sauce, with fresh tomatoes and lettuce.
Mandarin BBQ Beef- Tender slices of brisket with a sweet and tangy barbecue citrus sauce, complimented with orange.slices. Rosa lettuce
Farmer’s Ham, Brie cheese and sweet raspberry jam with fresh tomato and lush Lollo Rosa Lettuce.
French Dip Roast Beef slices with our luscious brown French dip.
